An in person Reiki & Seichem session lasts around an hour and begins with expressing gratitude and calling upon divine powers and the client's spirit guides. The client lies comfortably on a treatment table, or they can sit if preferred, with blankets and pillows provided. Crystals can be placed on the chakras, and sacred symbols are drawn in the client's aura. Touch is minimal,  and with consent, particularly at the beginning to establish energetic connection or work on specific ailments. Psychic surgery may be used to remove negative energies or blockages, which are then transmuted into healing light. Energy is directed where needed, with direction sought prior for specific areas. Singing bowls and essential oils can be used to bring healing frequencies and balance to the chakras. The aura is cleansed and protected using a Selenite wand, and the session may conclude with the use of Koshi chimes. The experience is tailored to the client's preferences and needs, with essential oils, sound preferences and crystals chosen beforehand then the services are adjusted accordingly based on intuition and guidance.
